EA Enterprises, the producer of the Asian Diva Girls web site, is a Member of the Free Speech Coalition
In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of content whether actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, displayed on the Asian Diva Girls website, and whom were photographed and/or videotaped by EA Enterprises, were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.
All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
Records required to be maintained for materials created by EA Enterprises and displayed on the Asian Diva Girls web site, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, are kept by the Custodian of Records, L. Dougherty, and may be viewed only by persons specifically authorized to do so by the Attorney General of the United States, at 586 North First Street, #208, San Jose, CA, during normal business hours. Since this is a small business with only one fulltime employee, the best way to set up a 2257 inspection is to send an advance e-mail to webmaster AT asiandivagirls DOT com, and arrangements can be made to have the records available for inspection in a timely manner at a mutually convenient time.
For content that appears on the Asian Diva Girls web site which was not photographed and/or videotaped by EA Enterprises, but is subject to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, the records are maintained by the primary Custodian of Records for their respective companies as shown below, all of whom indicated that all models appearing in the content they sold/licensed to Asian Diva Girls were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created:
